Suggested use

To activate protein synthesis & increase muscle recovery, take 1 scoop (17.73g) of MUSCLEAA™ XTREME before workouts or any athletic event. Mix 1 scoop with 12-16oz of water prior to training (or consume during training). Shake or stir well. On non-training days, MUSCLEAA™ XTREME can be taken any time of day.
