Suggested use

As a dietary supplement, adults take one (1) softgel with any meal, twice daily, one (1) in the morning  and one (1) in the evening, or as directed by a healthcare provider. Do not exceed recommended dosage. Individual results may vary.

Gelatin, rice bran oil, glycerin, purified water, beeswax, sunflower lecithin, caramel.
